**About the role**
Konekt has an exciting opportunity for an Allied Health Professional in our Insurance Portfolio as we deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Enfield, SA.
In this Account Management role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the delivery of high-quality care services to a portfolio of SA Insurance through proactive internal and external engagement
- Developing and facilitating training, resource development, performance monitoring, and best practice process development
- A structured and effective approach to customer service agreements to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations and implement solutions to address any areas for service improvements
- Continual promotion and development of a customer service focused culture within Konekt
- Business development including driving growth of the Insurance Portfolio through quality outcomes, strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities and innovation of services to meet customer needs.
- Customer relationship management including feedback and complaints management and customer performance reviews
- Building solid, trusted relationships with team members and customers
- Governance of Insurance Account portfolio to ensure quality outcomes and meeting of Service Level Agreements.
- Working collaboratively with Leadership Team and Consultants on portfolio performance
- You will play a critical role in mentoring and upskilling consultants through your interactions, strategic reviews and audits.
- Undertaking data analytics specific to your customers - presenting to the management team regarding trends, outcomes and financial achievements
**About you**:
- Passionate about customer and seek to truly understand customers’ needs
- Previous track record of success in service/training or customer facing roles
- Technically strong and knowledgeable with working with Insurance customers, experience in the RTWSA environment is an advantage.
- Ability to critically review national performance and drive improvements across the business to achieve service excellence
- Experience in managing the delivery of service agreements.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management
- Excellent personal engagement skills and integrity
- The ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a wider team
- Experience with Data Reporting
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health & registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
