**About The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand International GTM Strategy and lead the implementation of system changes for new Fiscal Year
- Perform regular data quality audits and address any gaps identified
- Work with other SMEs on the team to implement process changes, system changes, automation, and AI tools to address critical data quality issues
- Manage individual performers in other geographies, and own the Account Governance function for International Sales
- Explain account set up and policy to Ukrewers in various areas of UKG
- Add accounts to Salesforce with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Review Requests to change accounts, gain approvals where necessary

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations or other similar teams
- Bachelors’ Degree
- Experience of working with cross functional team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Experience performing data research and communicating findings to stakeholders
