**The Opportunity**:

- ** Casual Appointment.**:

- ** PW3 $38.08 - $41.12 p/h + 12% super (dependent on qualifications and experience).**:

- ** Chadstone Campus - onsite parking and close proximity to public transport.**

We are seeking applicants from those who can commit to a minimum of three days a week during November and February 2026 (excluding our shut down period during Christmas and New Years, and can travel to Chadstone to join our award-winning team.)

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- A positive outlook with some prior work experience in a customer service role in a medium to large organisation.
- Able to navigate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and systems of engagement and good proficiency with technology.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with external and internal clients.
- Experience in a client relationship and liaison role demonstrating high level customer service skills by providing courteous, informative and accurate responses to all enquiries.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills, with the ability to use initiative, accept responsibility and function effectively with limited or no supervision.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality, work cooperatively and flexibly and organise multiple tasks and competing demands
- ** WWCC and Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
