QA Officer

**Position**: Quality Assurance Officer (QA Officer)

**Location**: Hoppers Crossing, Victoria, Australia

**Working Hours**: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect raw materials and products to ensure quality standards
- Monitor production processes for compliance
- Perform product quality tests and sampling
- Record quality data and prepare reports
- Coordinate with departments to resolve quality issues
- Promote quality improvement and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with HACCP system, Food Safety Plan, and Victoria PrimeSafe regulations and standards

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with HACCP system and Food Safety Plan, with relevant experience
- Knowledge of Victoria PrimeSafe regulatory requirements preferred
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English for effective communication and documentation
- Basic knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus to facilitate communication with Vietnamese staff
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
