**Job Description**:
**Accelerate your success** by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Valuations and Advisory team. This is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of specialists.

You will be exposed to and perform detailed valuations on a range of assets. You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate;
- Strong attention to detail.
- Property related degree.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Office skills
- Proactive and self-motivated - keen to add value to the team.

Your strong numerical analysis and problem solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
