We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Carpentry Trainer & Assessor to deliver CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry. If you have the right blend of vocational expertise and teaching excellence, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and hands-on training to domestic and international students in CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry.
Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and industry requirements.
Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance.
Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate III in Carpentry (or higher) or equivalent qualification.
Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
Significant vocational experience in carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Desirable Attributes:
Previous experience in delivering and assessing CPC30220 or similar qualifications.
Strong connections with the construction industry.
A commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
