About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Assistant to join the Sheridan team at our David Jones Sydney City store.
This is a casual role and ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times is essential.

Duties
- Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
- Selling a premium product highlighting features and benefits
- Ensuring all stock is merchandised to a high standard
- Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
- Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration

Skills + Experience
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to engage with customers and built rapport quickly, always with a smile
- Experience working to KPIs and striving to reach budgets
- A positive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative
