SkyCity Adelaide is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to become a key part of our vibrant Westward team at our world-class casino.

**_ About the role _**

In this role, you will support the Bars Manager in daily operations, planning, and development. You'll assist in staff training, onboarding, and management to maintain high service standards, as well as overseeing inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient bar operations. You'll be responsible for creating a positive, fun, and professional environment for staff and patrons alike, whilst maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
