About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced **Assistants in Nursing (AINs)** to join our casual pool, providing high-quality care and support to residents in aged care facilities across Tin Can Bay and Cooloola Cove. This role is ideal for compassionate, committed individuals who take pride in delivering respectful, person-centred care.

**Duties may include**:

- Providing personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting resident mobility and transfers
- Assisting with meals and feeding
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health
- Offering companionship and emotional support

**Requirements**:
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within aged care
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current influenza vaccination (in line with healthcare regulations)
- Reliable transport and availability for shift work
