**About the Role**

As the Retail Makeup Expert you will have a 'Can Do' attitude. You will aim to consistently achieve targets in sales and customer service. You will be passionate about the brand, about achieving success and consistently creating exceptionally positive customer experiences. You will be a strong sales and makeup expert, that can empower and engage customers with a focus on continuous learning and your own development.

The locations we are currently looking for in NSW are;
Parramatta, Castle Towers ,and Kotara.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Achieve individual and contribute to the overall teams sales results as per set targets and promotional launches.
- Ensure that all customers are provided the DREAM standards of service
- Maintain a high level of personal and store presentation in line with Napoleon Perdis standards
- Previous Retail experience in high turnover store is preferred
- Provide effective and efficient support to the team for all store operations
- Certificate, Diploma and/or Industry experience
