Large Global Organisation - Facilities Contracts
This large global organisation provides facilities and infrastructure services to a wide variety of clients. They are a strong presence in Western Australia and have been successful in securing several new key clients.

As such they have a newly created role for a Contract Specialist with specific Facilities Management experience to join them in their Perth business. The primary focus will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to execute contracts of high-risk subcontractors.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the development and review of the front-end bidding documents; schedules and conducts contract bid openings
- Prequalify contractors for bidding purposes and maintains database; Prepare and processes construction contracts
- Provide support of development and review of professional agreements
- Provide support for contract claims and provide overall coordination of the contractor prequalification process
- Interpret contract and professional agreement terms and conditions.

**Experience**:

- Excellent Facilities Management/Subcontractor contract drafting/writing experience
- Experience with Facilities Management/Subcontractor suppliers
- Self-driven
- Have a high attention to detail
- Great communications skills
- Fast learner.

You will work in a collaborative team with a very supportive manager and have the option of flexible working and work from home. A range of around $65 - $70ph + super is on offer.
