**Now Hiring: Qualified Bartender & Barista for Sri Lankan Fusion Restaurant**

We’re looking for **skilled and experienced Bartenders and Baristas** to join our team If you have a passion for mixology or coffee, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

**Position Details**:

- **Employment Type**: Casual or Part-Time
- **Location**: Dandenong South
- **Available Shifts**: Flexible, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- **Start Date**: Mid-Year

**Bartender Requirements**:

- **Formal bartending qualification** or relevant hospitality certification
- Minimum **6 months of bartending experience** in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of **cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer**:

- Experience with **drink menu development and mixology** is a plus
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (must be provided)
- Ability to **work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment**:

- Attention to **hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service**:

- Willingness to **incorporate Sri Lankan-inspired flavors** into drinks

**Bartender Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a range of **cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages**:

- Provide **friendly and professional** customer service at the bar
- Maintain a **clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area**:

- Assist in **creating new drinks** that complement our Sri Lankan fusion menu
- Ensure compliance with **liquor laws and responsible service policies**:

- Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen teams to provide seamless service

**Barista Requirements**:

- Previous **barista experience** in a café or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong **coffee-making skills** and knowledge of espresso-based drinks
- Ability to **steam milk, adjust grind settings, and create latte art** is a plus
- A passion for **specialty coffee, tea, and unique beverages**:

- Ability to **work in a fast-paced environment** and handle busy service periods
- Strong **customer service skills** and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Basic knowledge of **food hygiene and safety standards** (training can be provided)

**Barista Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve **high-quality coffee and specialty drinks**:

- Engage with customers and provide **friendly, efficient service**:

- Maintain a **clean and organised** coffee station
- Assist with **light food preparation** and other front-of-house duties as needed
- Ensure **consistency and quality** in all beverages served
