**The role**

Mineral Resources, Mount Marion, Lithium Operations is currently seeking a Maintenance Superintendent with a Mechanical background, on an 8x6 roster. Reporting through to the Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility will be leading and supporting a team of up to 30 experienced individuals which include Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors, Metal trades, electricians and apprentice providing frontline task allocation, direction, mentoring and supervision to your team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Compliance with all Safety Rules and Procedures to ensure all work is always undertaken in a safe manner and participation in any Safety or Training initiatives identified and implemented by the Company
- Provide ongoing support, direction, mentoring and training to the Supervisors and Maintainers
- Achieve daily planned maintenance target
- Provide technical direction and guidance for the maintenance teams.
- Ensure maintenance team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Success in this role will come from a combination of technical knowledge, strong work management and people management skills to meet the objective of continuing the safety culture of the workforce, maximising equipment reliability and standard of service to the processing team.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years’ Superintendent experience
- Minimum 6+ years’ post trade experience
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience with pumps, processing plants etc
- Supervision qualifications
- Well-developed interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
