**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Multitask like a pro during busy periods, ensuring all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
- Build genuine relationships with our customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.
- Take the initiative and be responsible for opening and closing the store - you're the key to making each day at Hap special.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista and cafe experience is a plus, but a genuine passion building strong relationships is essential.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.
- At least one full weekend day availability, as one set rostered shift will be on the weekend. Both weekend days may be necessary at times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
