Join Our Team as a **Holiday Park Staff - Full Time/Part Time/Casual | Dalgety, NSW**

This is a unique opportunity to join a small holiday park operation and play a key role in assisting the new owners to develop an enhanced guest experience. You will be directly involved in the park’s new developments and have the autonomy to contribute creatively through your feedback and ideas to help achieve the master plan for the park’s future.

This role offers the chance to work predominantly outdoors in a beautiful natural setting, creating exceptional retreat holidays for guests seeking relaxation and connection with nature. You will provide a warm, culturally rich experience by engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds, sharing local knowledge, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services to create a welcoming and memorable stay
- Manage guest reservations using our PMS, issue guest communications and perform guest registration and check in using latest accommodation industry tech
- Perform light gardening duties including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
- Conduct light maintenance to ensure facilities remain in excellent condition
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping throughout the park to ensure our facilities and accommodations are of a high standard for guests
- Manage stock control and assist with retail shop sales
- Provide accurate local tourism information to guests, sharing cultural insights and enhancing their connection to the region
- Troubleshoot WIFI, TV and appliance concerns

**Employment Hourly Rate & Perks**

Hourly Rate Full/Part Time of $26.70 per hour or $ plus weekend and public holiday loading and superannuation.

Must be available to work a rotating 7 day roster, additional hours may be needed in peak holiday and event periods.
- Note: Weekends are alternated and you will be required to work on public holidays, no staff member will be asked to work every public holiday of the calendar year these will be evenly distributed as best as possible. _

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current full driver’s license
- First aid certificate (training and support to obtain provided if needed)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, including use of PPE and equipment safety checks

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in accommodation or hospitality industries
- Confident operation of zero-turn ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, and other powered gardening tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety compliance
- Enjoys working outdoors in a varied and dynamic environment
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using software systems for guest management and retail operations
- Passionate about creating memorable retreat experiences and sharing cultural connections with guests
- Eager to contribute ideas and take initiative in shaping the future of the park
