**We are looking for the “right attitude”**. This role is required to implement an engaging, person focussed leisure and lifestyle program that focuses on wellness and provides a range of opportunities for residents to achieve physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellness.

**LOCATION**:
Karinya Grove, 3 Aberdeen Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191

**SHIFTS AVAILABLE**:
Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 18:00 pm

**Why we want you**:

- You are looking for a place where you can make a difference
- A passion for aged care and a genuine desire to have fun
- Certificate III/IV in Leisure & Lifestyle is preferred
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support will be beneficial
- Experience as a lifestyle assistant
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding to our clients and their families
- A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team and the broader community
- The ability to use initiative and work under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and problem-solving ability
- Sound understanding of person focussed care
- Knowledge and ability to run a memory support program
