- Degree qualified (IT, Business, Engineering, Journalism etc.)
- A detailed understanding of online technology
- Solid experience with Content Management Systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong project management experience
- Problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge/understanding of eDM, Salesforce or Marketing cloud
- Proven ability to segment and filter distribution lists using data tools like Microsoft Excel
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent time-management skills, organization and project management skills, and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Ability to communicate to key stakeholders news that doesn’t suit their business priority on certain initiatives
- Ability to operate under pressure of consistent deadlines

**Note**: Australia Citizens/PR Holders/ Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
