Building Fabric & equipment/services data capture with condition auditing
- Commencing Mid November through February
- $55 + Super per hour + travel expenses

Building Condition Auditors focused on building fabric, services and associated equipment. Capturing and recording data regarding location and condition.

Capstone has been engaged by a professional condition assessment survey group to offer multiple Building Condition Assessors an assignment for circa 3 months, to assess 50 schools in the Newcastle & Maitland area.

**As Building Condition Assessor** you will undertake condition assessments across a list of predetermined buildings, establishing the number and quality of items including
- walls, floors, ceilings, windows & doors
- building services inc sprinklers, heaters, air con units
- electrical equipment

You will be differentiating between the various mechanical plant and associated services as well as electrical, fire, hydraulic and vertical transport, grouping small items and identifying separate larger items. All this will be managed via a set of codes and an app on a tablet you will be provided.

**To be considered** for these site based roles, you will ideally have a mechanical or electrical trade or engineering qualification and a demonstrated understanding of the built environment. You will need your own vehicle with Km reimbursement of 91c/km paid in certain circumstances You will also be required to undertake a "working with children check" if you do not have current cover.

**You will also be required to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC) from Service NSW.**

**In return** for hard work and commitment to commence mid-November for the following 12 weeks, you will receive $55 + Super per hour, with a possibility for some additional work.
