**About the role**:
Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? You will act as a key conduit between Reckitt and the customer account, bridging the gap between the external environment, Reckitt Supply, and our Commercial team. The VRP plays a critical role in ensuring effective and timely communication between Reckitt and the customer, successfully managing (and mitigating where possible) any supply issues or shortages, as well as the alignment of forward forecasts. VRP’s are based within the Customer account, with regular contact across both commercial and supply functions within the Customer and Reckitt’s. **Your responsibilities**:

- Optimising our end-to-end supply, through taking account of delivery lead times, load utilisation, customer inventory and network supply parameters.
- Collaborate closely with Reckitt’s account team to ensure alignment and clarity on stock holding, forecast visibility and availability issues.
- Use demand planning software, complemented by your judgement, to refine forecast accuracy continuously.
- Evaluate and adjust forecasts based on new information, providing clear and concise communication on the impacts to the business.
- Challenge assumptions and influence other teams when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for our supply chain.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Experience in FMCG, Retail or Supply chain preferably within a customer facing role
- Driven by a passion for customer service and an understanding of complex supply chains.
- In-depth understanding and experience in demand and supply processes and roles
- Skilled in managing a diverse set of data and using it to make informed decisions.
- Able to collaborate across functions and influence without authority.
- Adept at forging strong relationships and building effective partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain planning and advanced data analysis.
- Committed to continuous improvement and excellence in business processes.
- Strong technical skills advance Microsoft suite is essential
