**Role and Responsibilities**: As the Childcare Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, strategic direction, and success of the centre. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leadership and Team Management:

- Inspiring and leading a team of passionate educators, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Recruiting, training, and developing exceptional educators, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Conducting regular staff meetings, providing feedback, and implementing performance management processes.
- Educational Excellence:

- Overseeing the implementation of a high-quality curriculum and educational programs that meet regulatory requirements and promote holistic child development.
- Ensuring the curriculum reflects best practices, current research, and early learning frameworks.
- Monitoring and evaluating educational outcomes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Operations and Compliance:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the center, including enrolments and scheduling
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Implementing effective systems and processes to support efficient center operations.
- Family and Community Engagement:

- Building strong relationships with families, promoting open communication, and actively involving them in their child’s learning journey.
- Collaborating with community stakeholders, participating in community events, and promoting the center within the local area.


**Requirements**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a difference in their lives.
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Availability Monday - Friday
- Excellent knowledge of child development principles and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
- A current First Aid/CPR certification and a valid Working with Children Check.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a childcare center, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of early childhood education principles, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
