**Our Opportunities**:
We now have the opportunity for **Certificate 111 Educators** to join our team full-time between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm, providing children with high-quality early childhood education and care, aged 0-6 years.

As a _Cert 111 Educator,_ you will work with leaders to support your team and live our vision to generate a wholehearted and all-encompassing family atmosphere.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Comply with Education and Care Services National Laws, regulations, and National Quality Standards
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and the service's Code of Conduct
- Implement and uphold service philosophy
- Maintain Workplace Health and Safety and uphold privacy and confidentiality
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to colleagues in all service operations
- Possess knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

**You’ll be great in this role because**:
As a _cert 111 educator,_ at a minimum, you will possess a **Cert 111 in Early Childhood Education.** However, we will also accept those with a Diploma in Education

You will need:

- Current working with children check
- Current First-Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training and certification
- Current recognised child protection training
- Certificate 111 Educators_ will have experience setting up and documenting experiences and have great strength in engaging with children actively.

- Cert III Childcare Educators will receive an attractive hourly rate circa $27 - $30, and must be willing to undertake their Diploma in childcare services within three months of employment at Erina Kindergarten. As such, you will receive government payments of up to $3750 paid directly to you throughout your studies PLUS car rego discounts._
