Mechanical Fitter

**About the Opportunity**
Our client is a leader in the field of Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs, and due to consistent growth within their business, are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Fitter to join their high performing team in Perth.
- Willing to sponsor **Onshore Visa holders with hydraulic cylinder experience.**

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Dismantle, measure, inspect and report on all components
- Cleaning and preparing components
- Assemble and testing of cylinders
- Attend and participate in toolbox meetings
- Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace for yourself and others.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you must possess;
- Relevant Australian recognised Trade as a Fitter (General) or similar
- Experience in dismantling and rebuilding cylinders
- Solid understanding of hydraulic cylinder clearances and tolerances
- be able to measure and read both metric and Imperial fine measuring equipment
- Understanding of the re-manufacture process including machining and welding
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and work with others
- Experience with fault finding and diagnostics is advantageous.
- Self disipline in cleanliness and organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

- Hydraulics: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
