About Our Product Area

In the Grow to Perform Tribe (HR Centre of Excellence), our mission is to help people build the capabilities they need to deliver today, transform the bank, and be future ready. Forming part of the Grow to Perform tribe is the Enterprise Learning Product Area, responsible for execution of ANZ’s learning strategy, the development of a suite of people capabilities critical to our success, ownership and management of our enterprise learning platforms, event management, oversight of our learning standards, guidelines and upskill of our global learning community.

Working with the business to develop learning strategies that will result in the build of priority people capabilities that leverage strategic workforce plans and analysis.

Partnering and consulting across a complex stakeholder network, including securing alignment and advocacy from senior executives, to prioritise a shortlist of people capabilities.

Pro-actively supporting the development of business cases, business readiness, and partnerships to execute on our prioritised critical capability agenda.Helping to influence and lead ANZ’s federated learning operating model, including empowering our capability community; driving quality, standards, and consistency; and preventing duplication and/or ineffective capability investments.

Leading the design, adoption, and lifecycle management of core standardised enterprise learning solutions across the bank.

Leading a team to consult with senior leaders and stakeholders to perform needs analysis, identify key capability problems that require solving, how best to solve them, and where learning interventions should and should not be used.Helping to shape and guide the development and delivery of evidence-based capability practice.

Supporting the day-to-day operational execution of our learning strategy, liaising with our divisional capability teams and helping drive operational excellence in the Learning product area.

Leading in an agile work environment, using business knowledge and strategic perspective to support the team to prioritise initiative delivery through sprint planning, epic definition, and backlog management.

All priorities involve working with key stakeholders to test and iterate the design and execution of solutions. What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to pro-actively influence and shape an ambitious people capability agenda that will deliver on business strategy.

Excellent consulting skills, including the ability to distil diverse insights from business spend, stakeholder feedback, and strategic workforce analysis into actionable, prioritised and commercial plans.

Strong leadership approach, able to empower, support and challenge your team as you provide shared clarity over a broad portfolio of work.

Strong project and product management skills and the ability to operationalise and run enterprise programs.Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development (OD), Learning, Organisational Psychology, or other relevant professions in HR, Business or Human Behaviour.

Experience in leading the design, execution and maintenance of capability initiatives in large, complex organisations.

Understanding of vendor management and partnerships to deliver strategic initiatives.
