As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive sales. Your role will include managing marketing campaigns, creating content, and conducting market research to ensure Solar Bike continues to grow in the competitive e-bike market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Create and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and partnerships.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the e-bike, cycling, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in content creation, communication, and campaign management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
