Primary duties of the role include:

- Monitoring the alarms for monitored sites and other locations
- Respond to alarms that are activated and action alarms in accordance with policy
- Monitor access to the monitored sites and ensure that only authorised persons gain access
- Report and follow up on failures and/or malfunctions in security equipment to third party suppliers

To be successful in this role; you will require:

- Full working rights in Australia
- Certificate II or III in Security Operations
- Proven experience as a Control Room Operator
- Proven experience working in a Corporate or University site and or Data Centre
- Current and valid NSW Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Available to work a Rotating Roster
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Sound Computer skill set
