Food & Beverage Server - Antidote

As a **Food & Beverage Attendant** at our busy cafe **Antidote**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver coffee, food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
- Anticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations
- Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced cafe with barista experience
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
