An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Diploma Educator**to join the team and encourage our little one’s true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Lakelands, Genius**childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
Genius Lakelands is located in the new developing Gardens Estate in Lakelands. Our brand-new purpose-built centre accommodates children from 6 weeks to 6 years across five rooms, with an engaging large outdoor playground and natural play space, each of our environments and brand-new resources is well designed to foster and enhance children’s learning and development.

Our team here at **Genius Lakelands** aims to provide an inclusive, supportive, and positive culture that welcomes all educators from various backgrounds to join our team.

**Your new role**:

- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day to day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure
- Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.
- Work with a team who value being connected to their local community, team spirit, and having fun.

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
