An apprentice or qualified baker is required for an independant bakery. This 3 year apprenticeship you will learn the skills of hand moulding, mixing dough, toping of pizza a little sourdough and all things in production.

We have a rotating roster and great experienced crew and we want you to bring a great attitude and willingness to learn. Its a bonus if you already have experience in a bakery even better.

We are based in he western suburbs in Altona Meadows.
