**The Role**

Are you passionate about improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people?

We’re looking for an Aboriginal Health Research Lead to drive culturally safe, Aboriginal-led research across our custodial health services. In this role, you’ll:

- Champion Indigenous research methods and ethical, community-driven projects
- Build and mentor the Aboriginal research workforce
- Partner with communities, ACCHOs, and universities to deliver research with real impact
- Ensure research outcomes are shared in meaningful and culturally appropriate ways
