The opportunity has come to dive straight into a bustling hospitality scene and join a passionate, professional and rapidly growing team **Company Perks** - Amazing hospitality staff culture - Hospitality career growth - On-the-job and external training programs - Above award pay - Flexible working arrangements **What We’re Looking For** - A friendly, positive and open personality - Customer service oriented, must be polite - Self-motivated and passionate - Can work independently and within a team - Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Open to spanning multiple roles/tasks - Wash dishes, pots and utensils - Load and unload commercial dishwashers - Clean all kitchen equipment and appliances - Clean all kitchen areas inc. floors, fridges, freezers, preparation surfaces, etc. - Ensure all kitchen areas meet hygiene and quality standards - Assist with food preparation eg. washing and chopping ingredients, defrosting foods, preparing marinades and sauces, etc. - Support the chef and venue management as required - Manage proper stock storage and inventory supply - Provide ad-hoc customer service **What We Offer** You will be provided with all the necessary support in which to succeed - strong leadership support, a fantastic staff culture and an autonomous environment to grow your own wings.
