Cleaners - Outdoor Recreation Venue

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for cleaning team members - both **casual and permanent positions** available.

You will be working within an established team at a large outdoor recreational precinct, that hosts various activities for schools and groups.

If you enjoy fast paced work within a team, interacting with different visitors and offering a high level of customer service while ensuring safe and operational surrounds - this role is for you

**Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to**:

- Performing thorough cleaning of all Venue facilities including accommodation, ablution blocks and indoor facilities
- Preparing facilities for client use
- Completing daily inspections of facilities to ensure they are properly maintained and safe for Venue clients. This includes identifying and reporting security, safety and damage concerns
- Manage and dispose of various types of waste
- Ensure all operational equipment is maintained to a high standard including planning for replacement and assist in procuring replacement equipment
- Complying with health and safety laws, policies and procedures
- Provide general assistance where required and display a helpful and friendly attitude to contribute to a client focused work environment
- Assist with minor maintenance, where appropriate
- Ensure work tasks comply with workplace policies, operational procedures, risk management and reporting
- General grounds keeping duties
- Assist with facility/ equipment maintenance
- Assist with facility setup and pack down
- Assist with contractor access across site
- Identify security, safety, and damage concerns

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (tourism, recreation and hospitality industries)
- Positive Blue card - mandatory (happy to consider applicants without a Paid Blue Card, however, must be willing to obtain)
- Availability to cover operational requirements Monday to Sunday
