**About the Role**

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new Learning Consultant. Come join a close knit, collaborative and fun team to help match students to different career pathways through a range of industry qualifications & short courses. Working mostly on warm leads, this is a fantastic opportunity to help guide individuals down the career path of their choosing. If you love customer service, helping people and hitting targets, then this role is for you

The key responsibilities for the role include:

- Discussing AWT’s suite of qualifications & short courses with prospective students and matching them to the one that fits their career goals
- Providing a high level of customer service to students to guide them through their course selection until enrolment phase is completed
- Managing a pipeline of student enquiries and meeting enrolment targets
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Maintaining student information via CRM (HubSpot)
- Adhere to quality standards
- Willingness to work at both our campuses (Elizabeth & Adelaide CBD)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- HubSpot: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
