We are seeking a dynamic and brand-savvy part time **Partnerships & Collaborations Manager** to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in enhancing the Lancemore brand footprint and driving business growth through strategic partnerships across three key properties: Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill, Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park, and Lancemore Crossley St in Melbourne CBD.

Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will identify, negotiate, and activate mutually beneficial partnerships with brand-aligned businesses in lifestyle, fashion, wellness, design, food & wine, media, travel, and culture. Your efforts will enhance destination visibility, attract new audiences, and elevate Lancemore’s position in the boutique and luxury space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop & Lead Brand Partnerships Strategy- Identify high-impact, brand-aligned businesses for partnership opportunities.
- Craft tailored partnership proposals that deliver mutual value and align with each property’s unique character.
- Execute and Activate Collaborations- Manage all aspects of partnership execution, from initial outreach to post-campaign reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, events and hotel teams to bring collaborations to life onsite and online.
- Grow Brand Visibility & Destination Footprint- Support the delivery of campaigns that attract experience-driven travellers.
- Help position each hotel as a cultural and lifestyle leader within its destination.
- Leverage Partnerships to Drive Revenue & Awareness- Develop offers, events, content, or experiences in collaboration with partners that convert audiences into guests.
- Track performance and report on ROI, engagement, and media value generated from each partnership.
- Represent Lancemore in the Market- Attend relevant industry events, networking opportunities and media activations as a brand ambassador.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with collaborators, media contacts and destination marketing organisations.

**About You**
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, influencer relations, or experiential marketing.
- Proven success in identifying, negotiating and managing brand collaborations or sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of premium and lifestyle audiences, ideally within experience and or luxury sectors.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and an existing network in fashion, design, wellness, F&B or media is a strong advantage.
- Creative, strategic, and highly organised with exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- Passion for design-led, experience-driven travel and the boutique hotel space.
- Able to travel between Melbourne, Red Hill and Werribee as required.
