We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Venue Sales & Events Coordinator to join G'day Chef in this newly created role. As we expand, we need a dynamic individual who can establish and drive venue sales from the ground up, working closely with venue managers to secure bookings and create exceptional events.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in sales, event coordination, and relationship management. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our venues across Victoria and NSW, building client relationships, and ensuring that our spaces become sought-after destinations for weddings, corporate functions, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract high-profile weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

Liaise with venue managers at each location to ensure seamless booking and event execution.

Build and manage client relationships, handling inquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Work closely with vendors and internal teams to deliver outstanding event experiences.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and marketing strategies to grow venue bookings.

Establish efficient processes for managing multiple venues and coordinating logistics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in hospitality sales, event coordination, or venue bookings.

Strong ability to work independently and establish new sales functions.

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Experience working with luxury venues, corporate clients, or large-scale events is a plus.

Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

A passion for hospitality, sales, and creating remarkable experiences.
