Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 40 years and employ over 250 people.

**Description**:
About the role

This role includes the supervision of plant, labour and subcontractors for pavement works and manage the delivery of parts service and subcontract civil construction projects in accordance with specifications, financial and reporting requirements.

Duties

Project preparation and planning
Management of resources and materials in consultation with Operations Supervisor
Oversee works are carried out in an efficient manner that meets quality requirements.
Deliver daily and weekly reporting using formitize.
Inform client and stakeholder communication.
Willingness to travel and work away as required.

Skills & experience

Knowledge of spray seal and asphalt works in stabilisation.
Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Computer literacy with preferred proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and project, along with standard and written communication.
