**Job Opportunity: Superintendent Logistics**
**Location: Kwinana or Kalgoorlie**

Aurizon is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the operational activities across our Logistics & Rail/Trucking Terminals. This role is pivotal in driving safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while building high-performing teams aligned with business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a strong safety-first culture across all operations
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and on-time performance
- Coach and develop teams and contractors to deliver results
- Lead change and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture
- Manage scheduled and emergency operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and company standards
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to support growth

**About You**:

- 5+ years’ experience in rail, terminal and trucking operational leadership
- Background in rail, trucking, logistics, or mining highly desirable
- Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage operational priorities and deliver strategic outcomes
- Sound understanding of terminal operations and infrastructure
- Qualification in Logistics / Operational Management (preferred)
