**An exciting opportunity now exists for a Retail Assistant / Counter Sales Assistant to join the “Most Trusted Tyre Brand” in the **Tyre** industry at our Frankston Store.**

**About The Role**

We currently have an opportunity within our Frankston Store for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join Bridgestone. If you are experienced and dedicated, then the Retail Assistant / Counter Sales role is the position for you.

This position offers a breadth of functions requiring you to work closely with management whilst contributing to the effective and productive operation of the store. We will provide the training needed to enable you to excel at all aspects of the role and become a highly skilled team member.

Drive service excellence for our customers and provide Counter Sales support in the sale of tyres, products and service when required. Demonstrate your keen attention to detail in fault diagnosis and problem rectification. Drawing from your well-rounded experience and demonstrating a commitment to HSE, you will be a pivotal member of the team.

**About you**

You should be able to demonstrate that you are enthusiastic, flexible, highly motivate and committed to providing a high level of customer service, by developing and maintaining great customer relationships and rapport.

**Skills and experience**:

- High level of customer service skills
- Experience in preparation of stock orders
- Maintaining inventory records
- A commitment to safety
- A current driver's license is essential (LR / MR license desirable)
- The ability to work with and contribute to a team,
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior Tyre knowledge / experience would be advantageous
- Current right to work in Australia
