**Job Title**: Part-time Food Service Delivery Driver

**Part Time**:Tuesday - Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm (variable depending on route)

**Reporting to**: Purchasing Manager

**Role description**: The Fearocious Feed Food Service Delivery Drivers are responsible for helping us grow customer loyalty via excellent service and efficiency. Their primary duties include scheduling delivery times, loading and picking up packaged stock and delivering orders to customers on predetermined routes from Southwest Sydney to the Southern Highlands, Wollongong and South West Coast; making sure the products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivery and collection of stock based on confirmed purchasing schedule and weekly route
- Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and trucks
- Work with the Purchasing/Warehouse teams to ensure deliveries are correct
- Daily reporting and inputting of metrics into warehouse systems
- Manage multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers at the same time
- Deliver orders within an optimal period, ensuring freshness of food and respect for customer preferences
- Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition
- Communicate any issues or delays and resolve problems efficiently
- Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by driving safely, exercising good judgment, and treating customers with respect
- Cleaning van for next delivery
- Assisting the Purchasing/Warehouse teams with warehouse duties when required
- Packing customer orders and palletising during peak times throughout the week

**Required Skills**:

- Delivery Driver and customer service experience with a van or light weight truck
- Good understanding of Sydney roads & suburbs
- Proven track record of succeeding in time-sensitive situations
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of warehouse OH &S policies and procedures
- Ability to lift and carry heavy food orders and operate a vehicle for prolonged periods of time
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication
- Mindset for organization and attention to details
