**Technician’s Job Description**
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and installations of computer components, operating systems, and software on both Windows and Macs.
- Provide technical support to customers both in-person and remotely
- Conduct system diagnostics and provide solutions for virus infections, and data recovery
- Ensure the safe handling of customer data and sensitive information
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and repair computer problems of all types and the ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented
- Working in a small team in a retail environment, so reliability and accountability is of outmost importance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, component replacements, and software installations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
- Customer service-oriented, friendly, and approachable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
