**One Tree Defence Unit - Little Diggers **is a nurturing and supportive service is located in the Holsworthy army barracks and delivers childcare to defence personnel and their families as well as the local community. Operating from 6.30am to 6.00pm with a capacity of 65 children across 4 rooms including a nursery, toddlers’ room, preschool & long day care.

**What you’ll bring**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education;
- Current Working with Children Check;
- The ability to work at part of a collaborative team;
- Strong communication skills; and
- Flexibility with hours and rostering.

**What you’ll do**
- You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team;
- Reflect on practices and focus on quality improvement;
- Build positive relationships with peers, families, and children;
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS): and
- You will have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun.
