Creche Team Member

If so, we've got the perfect gig for you - Creche Team Member at one our state-of-the-art fitness facilities. Bibra Lake and Canning Vale Clubs are both on the hunt.

As our Creche Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and oh-so-fun environment for the littlest members of our fitness community. Think of yourself as a professional playmate, a guardian of giggles, and a keeper of the snacks (trust us, you'll need those snacks).

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Engaging the kiddos in age-appropriate activities, from arts and crafts to active games and story time
- Ensuring the creche space is clean, organized, and stocked with all the necessary supplies
- Providing attentive supervision and keeping a watchful eye on the little ones at all times
- Communicating with parents about their child's time with us and any important updates
- Maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude that keeps the energy high and the fun levels at 100+

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Prior experience working with children, whether in a daycare, creche or school
- Boundless energy and the ability to keep up with even the most energetic little ones
- Current CPR & First Aid, WWC Check
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships with both children and parents
- A genuine love for working with kids and a passion for making their time with us the best part of their day
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
