This role has been designed specifically for an individual interested in building a career in clinical services support, with the possibility of transition to a CRA role within 12-18 months.

The Inhouse Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will be a part of Project Teams responsible for successful management and execution of clinical trials. The Inhouse CRA is a key member of Clinical Services, and the role has an established professional career pathway for high performers. This role will be ideally based from our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.

**What you will do**:

- Support the Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) with in-house administrative activities on assigned projects including essential site document development, collection, and management.
- Creation of ISF set-up, maintenance, ongoing quality review, and final reconciliation of study documents
- Update and maintain study milestones including tracking, generating, reviewing, and distributing reports from internal tracking systems.
- Coordinate site supplies and system access requirements
- Assist in investigator and site payment reconciliation

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Administration experience (2+ years) and an interest in life sciences or healthcare would be highly regarded (experience working in the pharmaceutical, CRO or healthcare industry would be preferable, but not mandatory)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office and experience with managing multiple databases
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on reaching a quality outcome
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time and workflow effectively
- A proactive approach to work and a willingness to help improve inefficiencies
- An ability to work flexibly as part of a team and with a variety of internal and external customers
- Qualifications in business or administration would also be advantageous
