**Join Our Team as a Community Support Worker - Disability in Riverland**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team on a part-time contract basis, with various hours available. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals who are aged, frail, or disabled, helping them maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes or within Residential Aged Care facilities.

**About the Role**

As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide essential services that include personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and social support. You'll empower clients through the Consumer Directed Care model, which allows them to take control of their care and make choices about the services they receive. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that each consumer feels supported and valued in their daily lives.

**Essential Criteria**
- Flexibility, conscientiousness, and empathy are key attributes for this role.
- Ability to work autonomously in the community while collaborating with consumers, their families, and health professionals.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home and Community).
- A current driver's licence and willingness to drive.
- Availability to be contacted by phone.
- Access to a reliable, registered, and insured motor vehicle (minimum third-party insurance).
