**Gaming Marketing Executive**

**About your new role**

Reporting to the Head of Casino Marketing, the Gaming Marketing Executive offers an extraordinary opportunity to support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities designed to drive gaming visitation, revenue and ROMI. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver marketing campaigns for The Star Entertainment Group in QLD.

**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Implement end-to-end casino marketing campaigns to reach revenue targets and return on marketing investment.
- Proactively refine promotions based on data and evaluation of campaign results.
- Manage campaigns to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and effectively represent business objectives.
- Ensure internal processes are adhered to.
- Develop and champion marketing campaigns that adhere to regulatory compliance, statutory requirements and company policy.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Similar experience in marketing and/or project management in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing team members in a high-volume environment managing tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Highly organised, process driven and task-orientedtask oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently lead discussions and manage expectations and demands of stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Understanding of laws as they relate to the organisation, in particular Privacy, Marketing and related laws and ability to understand regulatory legislation.
