**Responsibilities**
Maintains daily cash management, management of cash pools and oversees administration of bank accounts. Analyses cash flow for senior management to ensure cash is managed efficiently and appropriately.
**Essential Job Functions**
- Conducts analysis regarding cash flow and liquidity management and monitors cashpool balances. Prepares weekly cashflow forecasting and analyses variances.
- Monitors foreign exchange, bank guarantees, letters of credit and other international cash management activities in order to ensure appropriate financial control.
- Provides analytical support to special projects (cash repatriation, hedging, funding etc.) to assess options, create alternatives and determine appropriate courses of action.
- Utilizes and develops third party treasury systems to provide relevant information on investments, hedge positions or other vehicles to senior management.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred
- Three or more years of treasury, cash management or finance experience
- Experience working with company financial activities, legal policies and corporate law
- Experience working with financial operations concepts, practices, procedures and financial software
- Experience working with cash management and utilization processes and letters of credit and foreign currencies and markets
- Experience working with compliance-related guidelines, laws and regulations
**Other Qualifications**
- Analytical, problem solving and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Communication skills to interact with upper management, staff, vendors and clients
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
- Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private
- Ability to work as part of a team
