What You’ll Do as Our Retail Manager:
Be a Visionary Leader:

- Decide on the perfect product mix, maintain optimal stock levels, and set new benchmarks in service standards.
- Create and implement innovative pricing and marketing strategies to stand out.

Drive Customer Delight:

- Promote and communicate our offerings with creativity and passion.
- Conduct sales and demonstrate the products and best products to use customized to each hair type.
- Guide customers towards the products they’ll love, ensuring an amazing experience.

Master Operations and Finance:

- Keep stock levels and financial records accurate and efficient.
- Take charge of budgeting, creating store strategies that deliver outstanding results.

Build and Empower a Dream Team:

- Hire, train, and inspire a team to thrive in a culture of excellence.
- Foster a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
- Build and maintain the Gold Class culture

Ensure safety:

- Ensure quality of products and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience That Matters: Proven success in sales or sales management - you’ve been there, done that, and excelled.
- Your Background: A diploma in Program Management or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience that shows your leadership potential.
- Skills That Shine: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in budgeting, stock management, and strategic planning.
- A love for retail and a passion for driving business success with creativity and dedication.

Pay: $96,600.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales management: 1 year (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Homebush, NSW 2140
