Qualifications & experience
- For English Teachers, a minimum of TESOL, CELTA or ESL equivalent qualifications in addition to a recognized bachelor's degree.

Tasks & responsibilities

Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages

Placement tests, exit tests monitoring, marking and record keeping etc.

Working with the team, other teachers and support staff, and managers.

Participate in teachers meetings.

Encourage, motivate and involve learners with their learning progress

Use Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems efficiently

Utilise, develop and improve the supplementary learning materials

Supervise, Mentor junitor teachers

Ensure compliance with ELICOS Standards, ESOS Act & National Code in regular teaching practices

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (required)

- Australia (required)
