CT Group specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.

We are currently seeking to employ Factory Hand for a position in Sumner - afternoon shift.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

- Experience in a factory production minimum 1 year
- Hold a LF licence (highly regarded, though not essential)
- This is a ‘repetitive’ role and attention to detail is VITAL
- Be physically fit and capable of lifting
- Able to complete manual tasks - the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
- Able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
- OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions
- Have full PPE including steel capped boots, Hi Vis shirts and long pants
- Available for an immediate start
- Motivation is a key factor in the position as these positions could lead to permanent roles
