We're looking for a proactive and creative **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our startup

team and help drive the next phase of growth. In this role, you'll work closely with the

Owner to develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on user acquisition and

brand visibility. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the

marketing foundation of a fast-growing company.

This is a unique chance to work side-by-side with leadership, contribute directly to

business outcomes, and grow with the company as we scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate directly with the Owner to plan, build, and optimize targeted digital

campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Analyze ad performance data and provide strategic recommendations to boost

brand visibility, lead generation, and platform sign-ups
- Coordinate the development of ad creative and manage campaign execution within

defined budgets
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and

competitive insights in the fitness and gym management space
- Contribute to the broader marketing strategy and provide input on messaging,

positioning, and growth experiments
- Support strategic planning around pricing, promotions, and distribution to

strengthen product adoption and retention

**What We're Looking For**
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (_Meta Ads,_
- Google Ads, TikTok, etc._)
- Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing; bonus if you have exposure to the fitness or

wellness industry
- Strong analytical skills - you're comfortable digging into data and optimizing

campaigns for performance
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills - you'll be working

directly with the founder
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment - you're resourceful, adaptable, and

eager to build from the ground up

**What Success Looks Like**
- Performance campaigns that hit or exceed acquisition targets
- Increased brand awareness in key fitness segments
- A data-informed, agile approach to campaign testing and iteration
- A strong, collaborative working relationship with the owner and other stakeholders
- Meaningful contribution to our long-term growth trajectory

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
