**Super Special,** based in Brooklyn, is seeking a **Full Time General Manager **to lead our team, develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the company, guiding its growth, profitability, and brand presence in the market.

**Key responsibilities but not limited to;**
- **Operations Management**: Oversee all aspects of the merchandise screen printing process, from design and production to quality control and shipping, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a diverse team, including production team, designers, customer service, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- **Online Business Development**: Manage our online sales platform, optimizing the user experience, and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to drive online revenue.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, manage expenses, and implement cost-effective measures while ensuring revenue growth.

**We are looking for our next General Manager of Super Special to exhibit;**
- **Proven Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably in the screen printing or related industry.
- **Business Acumen**: Strong business sense with a track record of driving growth, managing budgets, and achieving business objectives.
- **Operational Excellence**: Experience in merchandise production, quality control, and supply chain management.
- **E-commerce**: Knowledge of online sales platforms, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal
- **Problem Solver**: Ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- **Customer Focus**: A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
